Growing up in a small community, I’ve seen first-hand how negatively affected these communities are by drugs and alcohol and how limited the resources are for everyone there. Since coming to the Gold Coast, I can see how supported everyone is and how many resources are available to anyone in need. This artwork represents taking these networks and support into these communities that have nothing in order for us to heal we need to come together and connect our communities.
